If you have any questions or queries concerning domain name registration, web hosting, support or other aspects of our service it is always best to use our Contact us page at http://contact.astrohosts.co.uk This will always produce the quickest response and allows our support team to track the history of each support query. We always aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours though this may take a little longer at weekends or bank holidays.
In cases of abuse or complaint you should also contact us using the Contact us page shown above. We aim to respond to all problems within 24 hours where possible.
Should you wish to transfer domain names to or from Astrohosts please note that our standard charge for this is £10.00
We will send out domain name renewal notices and invoices at approx 28 days before domain name and hosting renewals are due. If f you do not respond within 14 days you will risk non-renewal of your domain name and loss of the domain and any services associated with it.
